How Do I Place an Order?
Select your item and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You may remove an item at any time by tagging the "Remove" box and clicking the "Update" button. You can choose to either place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
When you have finished and wish to review your order, click on "Checkout" to see what you have placed in your cart. If you are a new customer, you can choose to register at this time so that we may track your account with your order or proceed directly to checkout without registration by clicking the "Google Checkout" button. If you are a returning customer, you may just enter your email address and password in the given fields and then click on "Sign In" instead. You will still be able to review and change your order after that. Please note that we value your privacy and that all your data is kept private and safe.
We screen diligently for credit card fraud and pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law.

For credit card payments LuxLux.com uses third-party payment-providers such as Google Checkout which have a proven safety record by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and user information.
Google Checkout accepts all major credit cards. Please provide exact credit card billing information, shipping address, phone numbers, and email address. In order to protect our customers from fraudulent charges and to keep prices low, your shipping address must correspond with the credit card billing address. Otherwise, we must verify your credit card information via your bank and also require that you fax to +1 (208) 977-5215 or scan and send us (1) Written authorization and (2) Photocopies of both sides of the credit card (use a lighter resolution so we can read the fax/scan). Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and cannot accept any C.O.D. orders.

How Do I Order by Fax?
You may order by fax by completing the following steps:

How Do I Order with a U.S. Dollar Money Order?
Please contact us at sales@LuxLux.com before sending money orders or cashiers check denominated in U.S. Dollars. Please follow the steps in "How Do I Order by Fax?" to print your order. You will receive an email order confirmation with your Order Number within 24 hours after we receive your order. Orders paid through bank draft will be shipped once the payment is cleared.
Are you an Authorized Retailer?
While we are authorized retailer of the brands we sell exclusively on our site, we are NOT officially authorized for most of the other brands. This allows us to give higher discounts as we are not bound by price agreements between most manufacturers and authorized retailers. On the other hand, we DO source our watches from authorized partners in order to give you full confidence as well as original manufacturers warranty!
How Can I Be Sure that Your Watches are Original, New and with Paper and Boxes?
All our watches are sourced exclusively from our official, authorized and trusted retail partners which we know personally since more than 14 years and thus we 100% guarantee with confidence that all our watches are original, brand new and are delivered with original boxes, papers and manufacturer's warranty.

Do I Need to Pay Duty or Tax?
LuxLux.com low prices INCLUDE all sales and export taxes*. However, the customer is responsible for duties, import taxes, and any fees, which are only applicable in certain countries. Please check with your local customs office if duties and import taxes are applicable. Our appointed carriers will handle the customs clearance for you and deliver the package right to your doorstep. They will then present the tax/duty bill to you if your package was taxed.
* Since LuxLux has an office in California, we are required by state law to charge sales tax on sales that ship to anywhere in California. All shipments to California are therefore subject to your local sales tax rate.
How Do I Cancel an Order?
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours after you placed your order. However, we are unable to accept a cancellation if the package has been shipped, which may occur within 24 hours of ordering. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@LuxLux.com.
You will receive a "Cancel Order Authorization" if your Cancel Order is confirmed. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLED ORDER WITHOUT A CANCEL ORDER AUTHORIZATION.
Note: Please write "Cancel: Order Number" in your emails subject field.
Is the Watch I Want In Stock?
While we keep stock of most of our items, it is not possible to stock all of the close to 5,000 watches at all times. If your item is not in stock, we will contact our network of international suppliers. Then we will notify you via email to let you know the status of the item.
How Can I Check, Whether a Watch is in Stock?
Due to the vast number of emails we receive every day, we unfortunately cannot answer email or phone requests about availability of a particular item. If you would like to check stock availability, please either place an order online or fax us a signed order to +1 (208) 977-5215. We will reply within 48 hours, whether the watch is on stock or whether we will have to contact our network of suppliers. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the stock availability is confirmed!
When Will my Credit Card be Charged?
Your credit card will NOT be charged until shortly before shipment! In other words, when you place your order, your credit card will only be authorized for the amount ordered but NOT charged. Only when the watch is ready to be shipped, will the credit card be charged.
Can Prices Change After an Order is Placed?
Usually no. However, due to international exchange rates, price changes by the manufacturers and/or suppliers, changes in demand and supply of the watches, price changes are theoretically possible, even after the order is placed. However, in any case we will inform you first before charging your credit card if this should ever happen. If you do not accept the change in price, we will immediately cancel the order and your credit card authorization without any cost or charges to you, no questions asked!
